RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

Policy Impact Research and Sector Monitoring

·      Design and manage quantitative and qualitative research projects that assess the impact of financial sector policies, economic landscape and industry initiatives.

·      Develop and/or manage periodic reporting on indicators and frameworks for monitoring financial sector performance, risks and impact.

Industry Ecosystem Partnership

·      Develop and manage strategic collaboration with industry associations, government agencies, financial institutions, development partners and relevant businesses in developing and implementing sector-wide initiatives for positioning CBC as a key financial infrastructure and ecosystem enabler. 

Data Acquisition and Collaborations

·      Secure new data contributors and identify third party data providers to supplement CBC’s data asset. This requires collaboration with Product team to understand emerging data needs and set priorities for acquisition targets in alignment with upcoming product development.

Market Surveys and Data Insights

·      Design and conduct market surveys using latest research and survey tools and techniques to systematically identify evolving needs of existing and potential clients of CBC.

·      Conduct periodic quantitative data analysis to develop inferences and insights on customer trends and product usage patterns to support product development and enhancement.

Thought Leadership, Reports and Publications

·      Develop Thought Leadership contents through the design and execution of high quality research relevant to evolving trends in financial, data analytics and financial technology domains, particularly, in Cambodia and Southeast Asia.

·      Compile and manage timely publications of data and insights reports and publications of CBC published at regular intervals such as Quarterly Consumer Credit Index, Annual Loan Situation Report etc.

·      Conduct periodic quantitative data analysis to develop inferences and insights on customer trends and product usage patterns to support product development and enhancement.

Thought Leadership, Reports and Publications

·      Develop Thought Leadership contents through the design and execution of high quality research relevant to evolving trends in financial, data analytics and financial technology domains, particularly, in Cambodia and Southeast Asia.

·      Compile and manage timely publications of data and insights reports and publications of CBC published at regular intervals such as Quarterly Consumer Credit Index, Annual Loan Situation Report etc.
