• Ensure that the Botanic City Project is maintained to the same high standard/Guidelines.

• Lock warehouse/unlock gates; keep safely and properly all the building & maintenance materials, tools.

• Trim trees, replace lights, unblock pipes etc.

• Request for all materials, tools required for jobs.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs equipment or appliances.

• Inspections, safety checks, visual checks, reports, checklists, schedules all related to MEP equipment.

• Maintain a safe, clean environment. Notify supervisors of any issues.

• Ability to deal with residents, contractors, or maintenance workers.

• Report all known and observed hazards to the Direct Report/Manager.

• Other tasks as assigned by Direct Report/Manager.

1-Education/Experience:

• At least high school,

• Certified of Skilled training on “Electrical, Plumbing, air-con system”

• At least 1 year experience with Maintenance work

• Basic understanding of Property/Asset Management

2-Core Competencies:

• Ability to communicate well with tenants or related persons

• Ability to use all tools and equipment
