• Prepare conceptual diagrams, tender application and presentations

• Prepare and present architectural feasibility reports and design proposals

• Implement quality of architectural design production according to building codes, law, requirements and architectural graphic standards

• Implement the operation system from concept, schematic design through the development of construction documents as per guidance from the Senior Architect and Architect Supervisor

• Create building design and highly detailed DWGs both by hand and by using CAD applications

• Produce 3Ds utilizing Sketch Up-modeling and rendering, 3Ds Max-modeling and rendering as appropriate for both project modeling and renderings

• Responsible for completing own designing work in timely and efficient manner

• Exhibit basic understanding of general design concept of architecture, structure and MEP

• Join regular site visits to check on construction progress to monitor compliance with plan and quality-check

• Follow company's design procedures

• Drafting and construction practice and theory

• Design development, building design, documentation and detailing on a wide variety of projects

• Be able to organize the project

• An in depth understanding and working knowledge of architecture

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload

• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail

• Able to work as part of an effective team assisting and supporting team members

• Have good drawing skills and be able to use computer application (2D, 3D, 3DMax, Sketch UP, Photoshop etc.,)

• Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to solve problem

• Have good presentation skills

• Good English language
