- To coordinate all projects activities within the company, ensuring that all activities carried out are strictly in accordance to contractual specifications or company’s requirements or specified codes and standards.  - To work closely with a team of other professionals such as consultants, contractors, quantity surveyors and construction management team - To reviews shop drawings, specifications, and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies. - To determine the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project. - To adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction. - To conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans. - Preparation and presentation of design proposals for product development - To apply for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.

- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related fields - Minimum 4 year experiences in design and construction fields - Good computer literacy in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Microsoft Project - Flexible and reliable person - Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes - Strong organizations, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in English - Good team work - Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure ** Note: Interested applicants please send detail resume with current and expected salary
