FTTH Engineer: 2 Position Job description: • Conduct site survey for company expansion project and new FTTH customers • Documents all the necessary information relate to FTTH network structure • Deploy FTTH services coverage in Phnom Penh and Provinces • Cooperate and ensure outsource team commit to standard installation according to FTTH installation standard or vendor’s recommend standard. Performance check list to identify all necessary check points • Ability to draw on Google Earth, AutoCAD or other designed tools and ensure to keep information updated. • Install new connection, active and configure ONU, Modem, and Router • Recognize issue or risk or opportunities and determine appropriate course of action. • Handle on Power meter, OTDR, Splicing machine and other troubleshooting tools. • Interface with users at all levels of the organizations, willing to travel to other provinces • Perform other duties assigned by the management, keen to learn new technologies. Technical Support: 2 position Job description: - Conduct onsite support and troubleshooting for customer according to schedule from NOC - Install new internet connection for customer - Able to designed and plan WiFi coverage for Hotel and apartment - Willing to travel to other provinces - Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issue involving internet connectivity, email clients, VOIP and more - Perform other duties assigned by superior or management - Interface with users at all levels of the organization - Follow standard process and procedure - Keen to learn new technologies

FTTH Engineer Experience and Skill requirement: - Preferable Bachelor of Computer Science or Tele Communication - 3+ years’ Experience in related field - Strong knowledge of FTTH services connection - Strong knowledge in OSP, FTTH, EPON, GPON - Strong experience with OTDR, Power meter, splicing machine and well understand on Fiber Optic standard installation - Excellent Analytical skills - Have driving license with driving experience - Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills - Good written, oral and listening skills in English Technical Support Requirement: - Preferable Bachelor of Computer Science or Tele Communication - 1+ years experience in related fill - CCNA is a plus - Sound knowledge of FTTH network - Technical knowledge and proficiency with LAN/WAN, VLAN, FTTH, Wireless network and understanding on wireless installation, ONU installation. - Excellent Analytical skills - understanding e-mail configuration and Anti-Virus, Spam protection and other computer troubleshooting skills - Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills - Maintain stable performance under pressure. - Good written, oral and listening skills in English Benefits: - 2 weekly day off - Paid annual leave - Public holiday according to National holiday - 24Hours accident insurance - Other benefits
