• Designing and Implementing Mechanical and Electrical needs: i.e. Water Supply, Firefighting, Wastewater Treatment System, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Electrical Distribution, Phone, TV, Lan, Lighting protection, Fan, Low and Medium Voltage Distribution. • Analysis and approve on MEP shop drawing • Prepare daily & monthly report for the management is MEP information • Study the MEP drawings and propose new design if needed. • Clarify on the contractor queries • Liaising with local authorities to get the approval.

•A bachelor's degree in M & E Engineer •Computer‐literate : Auto‐CAD, Ms. Excel & Word •5 years’ experience with related work in Building Construction •Be able to coordinate with relevant local authorities and departments •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English •Excellent organizational skill and able to work under pressure •The ability to manage time and lead a team of subordinates •Ability to work in a team environment • Understand the MEP standard for high rise condominium project.
