• Check construction drawing • Prepare sketches, production drawings to explain to contractor • Detailed drawings by hand and computer • Designs and cost estimates including quantity and quality • Discuss requirements of clients • Prepare meeting minute on site • Assist Site Engineer for the admin & Technical tasks. • Understand Singapore Architectural standard. • Perform other duties as assigned by project manager • Reports directly to project manager.

• BA/MBA Degree a MUST in Architecture or Engineering, Construction Management or Construction, Science from an International recognized university. • RTO, IES, BCA • To execute tasks using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro. V-Ray Plug-in and Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design. • At least 5 years’ experience related to architecture/construction management • Experience in drawing up detailed design for site works and the coordination with building workers • Strong Project Management skill & Creative • Hard working, mature, pro-active, result-oriented, honest and good interpersonal skill • Must be able to lead a team on projects • Highly organized, flexible and initiative • Very good command of written and spoken English and Khmer • Able to work at Sihanoukville
