Key Areas of Responsibilities: - Assist the senior graphic designer in creating branding, sales and marketing collateral for the organization – this could include corporate brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands and logos etc. - Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values of the organization - Assist in the creation of digital design work, including display banners, website mock-ups and info graphics - Help to produce internal sales and marketing material to promote the organization and generate sales - Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas - Producing attractive and effective designs for all media - Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback - Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

Skills or Competencies Requirements - Good working knowledge of the whole Adobe Creative Suite - A passion for creating stunning visuals - Strong organizational and communication skills - Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends - Creative flair and a good eye for detail - Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of programs and materials - An understanding and familiarity with UX design would be a bonus - Experience in a digital agency is preferable but not essential
