Analyze and repair equipment sent in for repair via Depot and Dealer Repair Assist in providing, testing and installing hardware for exhibitions Attend to customers who sent in their equipment for repair Conduct site survey for radio frequency Application (Access Point) Manage in-house loan equipment: Ensure all loan printers are in good order for loan Repair scanners and hand-labelers Reply technical email queries from customers Support sales for in-house demo

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Entry Level is welcome as training is provided.
