Perform on-site or in-house diagnostic, repair and testing in line with procedures and policies. Responsible for project work and ensure compliance with customers’ policies, process and procedures are met. Responsible for routine customer enquiries, updating repair status and providing prompt and good service by following standard procedures and policies. Attend on-site schedule within the designated schedule and keep scheduler informed for actions or advice Update job status in the system after each on-site visit or in-house repair Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Candidate must possess at least /”O” Level or Higher Secondary/”A” Level/ITE or Diploma in Electronics or Computer/IT or relevant education certificate. Sound computer knowledge Pro-efficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook Familiar in Windows system 7/8/8.1/10 Required language: English, bilingual in English/Mandarin will be an advantage Positive attitude Preferably with own vehicle (motorcycle or car) Hands-on training will be provided
