- Responsible for all Telecommunications supplier sourcing, selection and management - Procurement Strategy - Following the group’s policy guidelines - Supplier Performance Evaluation, Portfolio Management - Commercial negotiation, Contract negotiation - Supplier relationship management - Ensure cost efficiency and lead-time for sourcing parts - Telecom Project Procurement Implementation - Conduct the independence price comparison - Work closely with the Head office in handling the procurement procedures.

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Economy, Finance, Accounting or Business Management or any related fields. - More than 3 years experiences working related procurement domestic and international. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills - Excellent verbal and written skills - Having great knowledge about resources/ suppliers. - Reliable and honest
