1. coordinate with the Yangon Office / Naypyitaw office to handle communication and coordination with the power grid. 2. collate and negotiate PPA attachments, coordinate with the EPC general contractor and operation, maintain operator in the plant with basic work of PPA negotiation. 3. responsible for Project management. 4. responsible for approval of power access drawings. 5. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

1. Has relationship between the government and the power purchaser which can help in the negotiation of the PPA agreement and the communication of the power grid during the operation and maintenance period. 2. good at both communication and coordination skills. 3. strong professional knowledge.
