The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design and structural analysis of new or existing communication structures for wireless telecommunication sites (towers, buildings, foundations, rooftops, etc.). • Review/analyze tower and rooftop structures and foundations using computer software and other accepted engineering methods • Use a range of computer software for developing detailed designs • Conform design to local jurisdictional requirements for land use and permitting • Design reinforcing, retrofitting and extension solutions • Perform site visits as needed to document field conditions for new sites and site modification projects • Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations • Coordinate and manage timelines and milestones • Coordinate with other engineers, drafters, site acquisition and construction personnel in a team environment • Work closely with Business Development team to prepare for bids, material/supplier selection and review of SOW and fees/prices • Responsibilities will also include client contact and interface • Manage other multi-disciplined projects
