Job Role • Primarily in-charge of ensuring that the company is constructing good quality subdivisions, at all times, across all sites, by implementing the company’s construction quality standards • Will review the company’s current state in terms of quality of work, construction programs, policies, processes and methodologies to come up with necessary improvement plans • Will develop, document and standardize new construction programs, policies, processes and methodologies that will ensure overall quality improvement while maintaining the cost-efficiency of the company • Will handle orientations and trainings of engineers to educate them of the new construction programs, policies, processes and methodologies to be used throughout the company • Will make sure that the new programs, policies, processes and methodologies will be observed and implemented by all project sites through conducting on-site quality audits while still being keen in maintaining the balance between quality and quantity and the timing of the execution. Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Civil Engineering • Preferably with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) • Relevant working experience preferably in a supervisory or managerial role in a real estate industry specializing in quality assurance and quality control is required • Exposure to low-cost housing development is a huge advantage • Must be driven and results-oriented but must possess utmost patience and open-mindedness throughout the whole process of quality improvement Perks - Family-oriented work environment - Performance Bonus - Health card & Uniforms - Paid Leave - Employee Loans (Salary, Housing) - Educational Assistance - Salary Savings
