I. EXPECTED RESULTS • Fit-out works for every units was not affected to building structure and systems • Good fit-out and handover process flow • Incidental problems was not occurred while fit-out and after works • Be responsive immediately while there is an emergency on the fit-out works • Provide the satisfaction to the owners/tenants. II. MAIN DUTIES • Create SOP and process flow of fit-out works • Check on fit-out requested documents • Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors to ensure not affected to building structure and systems • Direct inspection on fit-out completed and make conclusion • Achieve tenants/owners satisfaction through effective handover and aftercare • Corporate with handover team to handover units from construction team • Well train staffs to understand and able to track the tasks • Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards • Set out the works and ensure that foremen and operatives clearly understand the information provided • Conduct the work in a safe manner – correct and report those who do not • Other duties assign by management • Reporting on fit-out requested and fit-out progress works

III. QUALIFICATIONS • A third level degree in Engineering • Strong structural and building experience • Strong experience managing snagging process • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a building engineer • Experience working with a main contractor, subcontractor, surveying firm or similar preferred • Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations • Excellent communication skill + Benefit - Food Allowance - Medical Allowance - Yearly increment - Annual Trip/Party - Public Holiday Contact number: 017 234 139/015 694 426 Email : recruitment.olympiacity@gmail.com
