Perform daily check and settle sales invoices for Phnom Penh location. Daily check driver and debtor shortage. Daily assign the sequence invoice number and control red number in SAP to ensure that the invoices using are in order of sequence number. Perform daily check to ensure all credit customer invoices have signature and verify with credit master-list. Follow up and ensure no outstanding unsettle load kept than two days. Perform daily cash reconcile to agree with cash balance and daily unsettle load reporting. Perform stock count as per assign team leader.

Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. Knowledge in SAP system is preferable. Proficiently versed English language. Carry motivation, passion and team spirit. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access). Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
