- Oversee contracted supplier to ensure the building is cleaned and safe. - Train and manage the cleaner, security, facade cleaner and landscape team and ensure that the building is cleaned and safe. - Check daily attendant of in-house cleaner, security and out-source cleaner including security. - Ensure the operation team have the requisite skills and tools to do their jobs effectively and efficiently and to work closely with the Operation Manager to this end. - Work with Operation Manager on new service initiatives. - Execute administration work as and when required including monthly reporting and an efficient filling. - Coordinate with the engineering department in reporting all necessary repairs or improvements to the property as it affects tenants. - Write incident report for any inconvenience occurring and do follow up.
