1.Senior Quality Control/Site Manager. - Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations - Plan, design and oversee the overall quality and manager the construction of the structure - Undertake complex calculations for structure - Liaise with a variety of professionals including other architects and subcontractors - Assist the Technical and Construction Chief for compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures - Assist resolving design and development problems - Assist managing budgets and project resources, scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries - Ensure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety - Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time. 2.
