- Evaluation, Products and Services Related - Analyze financial performance of all current products and services - Prepare regular, irregular financial performance reports and make recommendation of improvement - Monitor on the evaluation of branch performance (Key Performance Indicator) - Review and analyze the current product and service. - Support departments and branches regarding to innovated products and services - Conduct the training relevant to evaluation and innovate products and services - Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Holding Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Information Technology, Business Management - 2 years of working experience in Business Development or related fields - Comfortable working on a schedule to meet deadlines - Passionate about new business technology - Comfortable communicating with colleagues and team members - Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player - Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills - Willing to work under pressure - Good command of written and spoken English; Knowledge of Chinese and Korean is an advantage - Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
