- Follow up with sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/ specification/drawing. - Responsible for on-site construction quality management, organizations in the concealed work check the quality of the pre-construction process control, coordination of water, electricity, ventilation, decorative and other professional work, and underground reserve, familiar with the basic construction procedures. - Overseeing building work, setting out, leveling and surveying the site. - Oversees individual project management of multiple stores including all existing store renovations and new store development. - Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly - Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. - Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. - Highly accountable for the losses and damages. - Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager - Liaises with internal parties and external vendors on store construction, renovation projects and proceeds on relevant licenses application. - providing technical advice and solving problems on site - Do timely report request by Manager (Site daily report, site problem claim, Inspection report, other report required…) - Other Ad-Hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management.

- Age from 22 to 35 - Male Only - Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management, building science and other equivalent degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineer or related field - Having experience in engineering, interior design, project management and preferably gained from F&B industry.
