- Review, analysis and improve organizational workflow / processes (operational policies and procedures) - productivity and efficiency of operations - idea to improve quality of customer service & food - Work with internal maintenance team & construction team to oversee projects progress - Follow up on improvement comments given - Implement delivery service for all our shops (e.g. WeChat QR code marketing) - Assist our group Chef Head to implement changes and improvement - To promote safe and healthy work environment by establishing standards - Overseeing supply chain procedures, inventory, distribution of goods, facility layout, warehouse efficiency (HQ warehouse & shops warehouse) - Monitor whether our business units achieve their KPIs (all KPIs except sales figure) - Manage restaurant’s good image & suggest ways to improve it (e.g. standard uniforms & name tags of the employees) - Control operational costs & identify measures to cut cost / wastage - Give suggestions to improve our businesses sales (e.g. birthday package bundling) - Understand how POS system works in every shop, its limitation improve the system with IT team - Food testing – organize, take photo & follow up with launching (prices, pairing etc) Customer service - Give guideline for proper customer service practices - Feedback form management (e.g. collection) & follow up - Complaints handling (between shops & customers) Recruiting, Training & Appraisal - Help & facilitate the shop manager for their staff appraisal (yearly or biannually). - Assist HR to hire, interview & handle disciplinary issues Research - To understand the market in Poipet & the spending power of people here - Research & compare competitors’ prices in Poipet (e.g. restaurant, supermarket etc) - Find out how other businesses in Poipet do marketing promotion (can share information to shop manager monthly) To enforce the best practices of the operation - Whether air-con & lights are switched off during non-working hours? - Check whether reply on their Mobile phone’s WeChat, Line, FB - Help download music (English, Chinese, Khmer Thai songs) ; help business unit to play it on their speakers (if they have)
