• Oversee the day-to-day running operations of construction projects • Coordinate and supervise site works at affordable housing project through the construction and hand-over of facilities to ensure conformance with approved drawings, specifications, relevant codes and standards • Conduct site inspections of civil and structural works for infra-structure and building • Monitor closely C&S works progress to ensure the project is on schedule • Prepare daily site report, weekly progress reports, and monthly QA/QC report • Review interim payment submitted by contractors • Communicate and enforce Health and Safety management program • Participate in project meetings with consultant and contractors • Produce C&S punch list and prepare non-conformance reports • Check as-build drawings • Maintain good relationships with contractors, suppliers and others construction team including Architect and M&E Engineers • Perform any other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering • Min. 2 years’ working experiences in structural design or site supervision for construction project • Familiar with requirements of drawings, specifications and relevant codes and standards • Honest, good team work, able to work under pressure and result oriented • Proactive learning attitude • Strong time management skills, good organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and good problems-solving skills • Good command of spoken and written English • Competent in using Autocad and Microsoft Office suite
