- Oversee the day-to-day running operations of construction projects - Coordinate and supervise site works at affordable housing project and other projects through the construction and hand-over of facilities to ensure conformance with approved drawings, specifications, relevant codes and standards - Conduct site inspections of MEP works for infra-structure and building - Monitor closely MEP works progress to ensure the project is on schedule - Prepare daily site report, weekly progress reports, and monthly QA/QC report - Review interim payment submitted by contractors - Communicate and enforce Health and Safety management program - Participate in project meetings with consultant and contractors - Produce MEP punch list and prepare non-conformance reports - Check MEP as-build drawings - Maintain good relationships with contractors, suppliers and others construction team including Architect and C&S Engineers - Perform any other tasks assigned by management

- Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - Min. 2 years’ working experiences in site supervision for construction project - Familiar with requirements of drawings, specifications and relevant codes and standards - Honest, good team work, able to work under pressure and result oriented - Proactive learning attitude - Strong time management skills, good organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and good problems-solving skills - Good command of spoken and written English - Competent in using Autocad and Microsoft Office suite
