- Handle all branches design that appoint by team leader/management - Site visit and oversee the construction process for the branches which under your responsibilities - Coordinate with contractor, suppliers and builders to make the construction process goes smoothly and meet the deadline set by the management team - Coordinate with team members, and builders on design and construction works after got approval from the management team - Attend site meeting, survey and conduct spot check before, during, end and post of construction to ensure the quality and follow the standard, and to evaluate the ethics of contractors and suppliers - Regular site visit to check on construction progress and produce detail drawings - Deal with problem that might come up during construction process - Ensure that project designing matches with the needs and functional - Prepare all requirement reports which appointed by team leader/management - Responsible for other works which related to the Property Team - Assist others property related works
