Job Description - Reporting directly to Project Manager/Site Manager and supervision day to day operation of site work. - Follow up contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/ specification/or planning. - Interact with site manager for clarification in architectural. - Conducting regular job site inspections. - Understanding about Décor work. - Understanding of water proof and water proof products is advantage. - Identify and highlight possible risk on project accurately inventorying construction material. - Coordination for verification of extra claims raise by direct manager. - Be able to calculate steel and cement for construction job - Other tasks assign by management

Job Requirements * Qualifications and Education Requirements - Sex: Male. -Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural engineering - At least 1 years’ experience as engineering - Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software - Familiar with scientific analysis software as well as graphics and map creation software - Excellent team worker - Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills - Strong time management and project management skills - Active listening and verbal communication skills - Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies - Team Work Player. - Responsibility with work. - Be able to manage workers at site - Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite - Good in writing/speaking/listening English * Preferred Skills - Real Estate Consultant & Valuation
