Duties and Responsibilities: 1)To monitor, control and organize all technical / handyman staff and to be responsible for the actions of such staff in addition to ensuring that staff rosters and all holidays are adequately covered. 2)To regularly inspect the technical systems and plan for system and property maintenance schedule 3)To monitor and review the M&E team operating procedure and adjustment 4)To overview term service sub-contractors which provide the services in the mall as well as to ensure that those services are performed satisfactorily as agreed to in the contract and at the costs quoted. 5)To liaise with other M&E Technicians / Engineers regularly to ensure sufficient service staff, including team of technicians maintained properly at all times. 6)To maintain FIFO properly and to ensure part and tools are available in the store room 7)Well-arranged property maintaining plan and budget propose 8)Prepare and identify materials to purchase for repairing, maintenance and improvement property 9)Carry out the building maintenance schedule and implement to meet the timeline with the proper and satisfied solution 10)Provide technical assistance to team work 11)Check and control the contractors to make sure they follow the fit out guidelines 12)Provide the service on time (SOT) for technical issues when it is requested 13)To be available on call 24 hours a day in case of an emergency incident.

Job Requirement: •Male minimum 30 years old •Proffered Bachelor's degree or other degree in a technical, engineering or related field •3-5 years’ experience in supervising Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing Engineering in multi-storey, office, residential or retail properties is an advantage •Strong organizational and leadership skills •Good at problems solving in Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing issues •Able to work with flexible time and 24 hours on Call •English communication is plus •Good computer skills Microsoft word or excel other skill is plus
