- Participate in all tours, outdoor events and activities to ensure that all tour and site activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirements and all CERs comply with safety regulation and intervene in any unsafe activities. - Regularly check and control first aid supplies and make sure they has sufficient stock with good conditions and ready to use. - Ensure first aid supplies and other safety equipment are maintained on site (tour destination, event and activity areas) - Provide first aid assistance as necessary and assist guest in a timely manner before professional hospitalization or emergency services can be done. - Regularly check private transportation (boats, bikes, tuk-tuks etc) and ensure they are in a good condition and well equipped. - Ensure all required documents are completed and signed by all relevant parties (guests, tour providers) on-time in full and safeguarding those documents for audit and compliance purpose - Conduct risk assessments and report on a regular basis both current and potential risks and work closely with related partners to eliminate or mitigate the risk. - Ensure all contact information of all related parties is recorded and up to date - Assist GM in safety compliance in the business operation area - Liaise with and report to management and all related parties on safety matters and provide completed incident reports on time,, keep track and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance - Other tasks may be assigned by the Line Manager.

- Bachelor's Degree - in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management or related field - Minimum 1 year experience in-or outbound tours or coordinate large scale events - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - Experience in First Aid training and/ or EHS, OHS guideline will be a plus - Experience in safety compliance will be a plus - Capability to work with internal and external teams and partners - Has a high level of written and spoken English - Understand culture differences and open minded - Can maintain professionalism in a party/alcohol fueled environment - Independent, confident, assertive and disciplined - Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn - Local nationality only
