• Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design applications • Formulate design requirements to ensure it aligns with owner's requirement. • Plan and coordinate design development, project schedules and budgets and ensure that work is progressing as planned. • Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects • Work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists • Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts • Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction • Traveling regularly to building sites, to check the progress of projects.

• Minimum 3-year experiences in architect or design factory, warehouse, and so on. • have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail • have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D) • be inventive and imaginative • have reasonable mathematical skills • have design computer skills • have excellent verbal and written communication skills • have presentation skills • be able to organize projects • have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving • have time management skills • be self-confident and able to cope with criticism of their work • Willing to travel around and doing site visit based on the timeline.
