- Creates advertising for print & online media including inserts, ROPs, direct mail, logos, online banners, etc. as required by BDS Marketing initiatives. - Assist in planning and executing art design and other visual material in advertisements, books, websites and magazines. - Develop and maintain a solid relationship with technology, architecture, commerce and other work groups whose activities intersect with multimedia creative - Work closely with both online and offline areas within the agency to ensure consistency of branding and messaging - Execute design solutions for an assigned category or specialty area or project.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or equivalent - Efficient knowledge of both written and spoken English - Understanding of information design and usability principles, ability to interpret IA documents - Strong layout and typography skills, with a great attention to detail - Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills - Knowledge of user interface design process and methodology, particularly as applications - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Web browsers - Strong knowledge of HTML, Flash, CSS and other common we technologies SOFT SKILLS o Teamwork o Empathy o Attitude o Critical Thinking o Communication and adaptability o Self-motivated but can also shine as part of a remote team ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE - Working from Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off) – 40 hours - Net Salary + Corporate Bonus 2 times per year + Individual bonus - Transportation allowance - Health Insurance (Standard coverage)
