• Overall site planning, coordinate and management to ensure completion of works within required standard, quality and targeted schedules. • To ensure smooth implementation of project from start to finish. • To plan, organize, oversee and manage building & construction projects. • In charge of overall day-today construction activities on site. • To follow-up quality control policies to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with specification, standard, quality. • Follow-up on contracts administration, construction claims and contractual issues. • To review sub-contractor's performance and evaluate progress of works and claims. • Interface with employer's representative and superintending officers. • To analyze on project progress to ensure achievement and meeting project timeline. • Work closely with management team to establish and control project budget, claims and manpower planning. • Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior management team. • Handle for full cycle of project (Construction). • Travelling regularly to building sites, to check the progress of projects. • Other task required by management team.

• Minimum 5-year experiences in construction management and so on. • Strong technical knowledge and can demonstrate leadership by supporting the team. • Good leadership and problem-solving skills in managing team of site personnel, subcontractors and other related people. • have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail • have reasonable mathematical skills • have excellent verbal and written communication skills • be able to organize projects • have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving • have time management skills • be self-confident and able to cope with criticism of their work • Willing to travel around and doing site visit based on the timeline.
