- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components - Full Responsibility for Cold water system, Grease trap ,STP system, Fire Fighting and System control - Full Responsibility for High Voltage( MV ) Low Voltage ( LVSB ) switch Gear, Transformer, Lighting and System control - Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls - Ensures campus fire alarms and emergency electrical systems are operational; performs certification testing on alarm systems - Supervise for all Electrical, mechanical and plumbing staffs - Troubleshoots repairs and maintains electrical distribution systems including electric motors, electric controls, fire alarms, and clock systems - Regular Planned servicing program in accordance with company standards
