Design Space Planning, Concept Development, Construction Detailing & Implementation Planning, design and furnishing of interiors for hotel, commercial, retail & residential projects Formulate design that is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes Project management: Interact with clients, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are met. Analyze and guide space and design planning for implementation of interior design strategies.

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design At least 10 years relevant working experience in relating fields Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with China market Well-organised, independent, resourceful and self motivated Has flair for creativity, awareness of trends and eye for details Positive attitude and able to meet tight deadlines A good team player to work towards in meeting project objectives Reliable, responsible and dependable to undertake projects with minimum supervisions
