- Performs tasks related to construction projects, renovations and civil works from planning up to completion. - Provides cost estimates and monitors progress of all phases of the project ensuring all legal guidelines and safety requirements are met. - Performs administrative and technical services for the company's building premises and facilities. - Monitors activities related to contracted services related to the maintenance and security of the building facility. - Attends and coordinates to tenant's concerns, building occupants and contractors.

- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil). - At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably with Work Experienced Specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
