-Designs process flow for new products to ensure product yield improvement. -Supports manufacturing process of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) and Box Build Assembly. -Sets up process and equipment for new products, pilot run, mass-production. -Performs problem analysis, minimize, and control process scraps, control indirect materials. -Evaluates internal defect and downtime information to form appropriate of improvement.

-Bachelor degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields. -At least 1 year working experience related to electronics/electrical/mechanical machines, tools, or equipment is preferred. NEW GRADUATES with no Work Experience are Welcome. -Good analytical skill, positive thinking, high responsibility, self-motivated, and team player. -Good English and Computer Skills. -Lao Nationality Only is applicable to apply.
