- Coordinates the printing production process to ensure quality: writes printing and other reproduction specifications (selects ink, paper, and print quality); inspects proofs for accuracy; recommends contractors (typesetters, printers, illustrators, photographers, cartographers). - Consults with Sales & Marketing Manager to evaluate individual project needs. - Prepares layout prints for Sales & Marketing Manager. Presents samples to Sales & Marketing Manager for selection and approval. - Maintains adequate supplies to complete workload. - Conducts inventories of all graphic supplies and materials. - Perform other duties as assigned.
