1. To handle goods inspection when receiving goods from Production, goods return inward from both sales and consignments and prepare “Goods Inspection Report”; 2. To handle goods issuing for sales for Phnom Penh and Provinces; 3. To handle reconciliation for goods returning from provinces and prepare Reconciliation Report; 4. To do physical count stock weekly basic; 5. To manage and prepare report on semi/annually Physical count; 6. To supervise and ensure that the Manual stock cards are being updated regularly; 7. To prepare monthly the Warehouse Movement Report; 8. To report immediately and punctually the damage products; 9. To manage and ensure that the goods received are being stored according to the Storing guidelines; 10. To maintain and ensure that the processes of warehouse related works are being implemented; 11. To updated and maintain filling of necessary documents related to warehouse; 12. To ensure that the warehouse compound is neat and tidy; 13. To comply the company rule & regulation; 14. To Participate with Quality of Work Environment Program through KAIZEN & 5S; and 15. To perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
