To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all electrical power distribution & lighting system which include high tension switch gears, transformers, low tension switch gears, protective control circuit for overload, earth fault etc, KWH metering, power factor correction capacitors bank, DC charger panel, emergency generator, electronic light dimmer system, lightning arrestor system, etc in a productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.

- Have knowledge in Cooling System, Electrical and Mechanical. - To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and policies and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety. - To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations. - To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure. - To familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement. - To attend on the job training. - To practice SGSS during course of duty - To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort. - To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement. - To perform all other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer， Asst. Chief Engineer. - To assist the other trades where is requested. - To inspect all electrical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations. - To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy. - To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary. - To coordinate with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual inspection and instruments calibration. - To monitor preventive maintenance works done by elevator/escalator contractors.
