Jobs Description

Handle full set of accounts, Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow
Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable, accounts receivable functions and expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters
Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing
Inventory auditing once a month
Administer the assistant accountants to allocate jobs
Prepare payroll monthly
Prepare stock reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and stock balance
Submission of tax and required documents
Liaise with banks and participate in audit procedures
Prepare financial statement together with GL and all supporting documents
Other adhoc duties as assigned

Jobs Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/degree in Accountancy.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting system
Independent, mature with excellent communication and teamwork
Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Female preferred
