• Candidates for this post will be responsible to obtain quotes from suppliers based on the various purchase request within the company • Candidates are responsible for preparing purchase orders • Candidates are to keep proper recordings of all purchase requisition issued, purchase order issued, invoices and delivery orders • Candidates are expected to do frequent follow up with suppliers to ensure items/services are delivered on time • Candidates are expected to maintain a good inventory records for office items. • Candidates will be the focal person when item is delivered and will be required to check on the accuracy with purchase order issued. • Candidates are expected to be flexible and carry out other duties when assigned.
