Jobs Requirement

Identify need in market and opportunity to fill gap of customer need through research on pricing and product available in market to assess the opportunity. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities Screen potential business deals by analyzing market startegies, deal requirements and evaluating potential Plan approaches and pitches by working with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's need , concerns and objectives Identify and manage activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management. Colloaborate with internal stakeholders in identifying upselling opportunities deal negotiation and finalization of contracts.. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing Minimum five to eight years experience in FMCG is required Minimum three years of managerial level Experience in business development or client management is required Experience in strategic management and consulting would be an advantage. High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision ,maker Fluent in English communication both written & spoken Able to work in Vientiane , Lao PDR. DKSH competency
