Jobs Description

Receive, review and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.
Record invoices, accruals, and prepayments in the accounting system accurately and on time
Process payment transactions against vendor invoices.
Perform monthly/quarterly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Process month-end closing with accurate AP balances and schedules.
Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
Handle vendor queries on payments and invoice status.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAS, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Excel and familiar with ERP or accounting software (SunSystems is a strong plus).
Good command in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is preferred).
High integrity, ethics, accuracy, and responsibility in handling financial data.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Friendly, cooperative, and eager to learn and grow.
