Jobs Description

Handle inbound calls from patients, customers, and healthcare providers.
Explain healthcare policies and provide relevant information.
Resolve customer concerns and follow up on outstanding issues.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex cases while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Jobs Requirement

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare.
Knowledge of medical billing, insurance, or claims terminology is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accurate data entry.
Reliable internet connection with backup and ability to protect confidential information.
