Jobs Description

Create and maintain 2D and 3D CAD drawings for products, moulds, tooling, and fixtures
Design moulds, cutting tools, jigs, and production equipment
Operate and support CNC machining for mould and tooling fabrication
Review drawings for manufacturability and verify dimensions, tolerances, and materials
Calculate product weight, volume, and material consumption for costing and production planning
Troubleshoot production issues in coordination with the Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
Support new product development, prototypes, and engineering changes
Optimise tooling and machining processes while maintaining drawing revisions and technical records

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Experience in CAD design, mould design, tooling, or CNC machining
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent software
Hands-on CNC experience and knowledge of mould design, tooling, and machining methods
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret tolerances and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to calculate product weight, volume, and material usage
Understanding of steel and metal properties
Basic English or Chinese skills for technical documentation and communication
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with CAD/CAM and CNC programming
Background in steel products, metal fabrication, or mould manufacturing
Knowledge of product costing and material estimation
