Job description

- Manage MICE events from planning through execution.

- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth event operations.

- Understand client needs, budgets, and event requirements.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, BEOs, and event documents.

- Conduct pre-event meetings and site inspections.

- Monitor events, handle guest requests, and ensure satisfaction.

- Drive upselling and achieve MICE sales targets.

Skills & qualifications

- Lao nationality, aged 30–40 years old.

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with strong MICE experience.

- understanding of the Laos MICE and corporate market with an established client network preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Good command of Lao and English, both written and spoken.

- Proactive, target-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
