Job description

- Plan and conduct training programs to improve Team Members' skills and service standards.

- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and brand standards training.

- Identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.

- Support talent development, career growth, and succession planning.

- Assist with HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and applicable training requirements.

Skills & qualifications

- Thai or Lao nationals, preferably aged 35–45.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in Training, Learning & Development, preferably in the hotel industry.

- Good command of English and Thai or Lao, with strong communication skills.

- Proactive, service-minded, and passionate about people development.
