Jobs Description

Submit invoices and supporting documents to the Regional AP Team and respond to queries
Perform Vietnam-specific validation of entity name, tax code, invoice form, e-invoice validity, and VAT credit and CIT deductibility conditions
Refer FCT-bearing invoices to the Tax Specialist before recording
Record payables, expenses and prepayments with correct account, entity, site and cost dimension coding
Reconcile regional AP workflow to local ledger and escalate unresolved items to the Accounting Lead
Maintain local vendor master data including bank details with independent verification
Collect, control and follow up on original invoices and accounting and tax documents
File and archive documents in sequence and form required by Vietnamese regulations and maintain retention schedule and borrowing log
Prepare document sets requested by external auditors, tax inspectors and internal reviewers
Reconcile all bank accounts and entities weekly, agreeing general ledger to bank statements

Jobs Requirement

Able to perform Vietnam-specific validation of invoices and tax documentation
Able to record payables, expenses and prepayments under VAS and Group policy
Able to reconcile regional AP workflow to local ledger
Able to maintain vendor master data with independent verification of changes
Able to collect, control and follow up on original invoices and accounting and tax documents
Able to file and archive documents in compliance with Vietnamese regulations
Able to reconcile bank accounts and entities weekly
Able to record bank charges, interest and foreign exchange differences
Able to maintain and report AP ageing by vendor and entity
Able to prepare accrual schedules and maintain prepayment schedules
