• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade activation campaigns across traditional and modern trade channels.
• Ensure timely implementation of promotional activities, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of activation programs.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor visibility, product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Ensure point-of-sale materials (POSM) are properly distributed, installed, and maintained.
• Track activation budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved costs.
• Prepare post-activation reports, including sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market feedback.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams to maximize campaign success.
• Support special events, exhibitions, and consumer engagement activities when required.
