Jobs Description

Oversee daily operations of all departments, including Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, and Administration.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and profitability.
Lead and manage the truck sales and after-sales teams to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers, partners, and customers.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with headquarters or regional offices (especially Chinese partners).
Recruit, train, and develop department managers and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automotive or truck industry.
At least 3–5 years of experience in senior management or General Manager role.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Good financial and business management knowledge.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience working with Chinese companies or partners is highly preferred.
Good communication skills in English is an advantage.
