Jobs Description

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
Prepare service orders and explain repair and maintenance recommendations to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval before starting work.
Follow up with customers on service progress and completion.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote additional services and maintenance packages when appropriate.
Maintain proper documentation of service records.
Ensure service delivery meets company standards.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office or service management systems).
English communication skills are preferred.
