Jobs Description

Manage daily operations of the service and parts departments.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints effectively.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement after-sales strategies to increase revenue.
Manage warranty claims and service campaigns.
Control department budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Train, coach, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
Analyze service performance reports and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive after-sales or service management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of automotive service operations and warranty processes.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus if dealing with Chinese customers).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
